Student Transcript Options

Up to three different definitions and types may be displayed in GPA Summary Group 1 and GPA Summary Group 2. Only one definition may be displayed in GPA Summary Group 3. Since GPA area on transcript only displays name of one GPA definition per GPA Summary Group, it is best to use only one definition per group. However, multiple types for each definition may be displayed. For example, a current marking period may have both current period and year-to-date for all grading periods defined as different types of GPAs. Both types could be displayed in Summary Group. Each definition/type combination may only be selected once, and duplicates are not displayed.

• Click Definition 1, 2, or 3 and select GPA Definition to use.

• Click Type corresponding to definition and select.

• Click GPA Rank Type and select GPA definition to calculate Class Rank.

• Click GPA Rank Display and select Class Rank, a raw numeric ranking, i.e., 71 out of 254 or Percentile.
