Immunizations:
The Immunizations tab lists required immunizations along with the status of student compliance. Dates of each immunization are listed.
Tasks
This allows exemptions to be applied to all immunizations for a student at one time. A total exemption will not overwrite any previous set records.
Example Scenario:
A student with a religious exemption
This feature allows for individual coding of exemptions.
Example Scenarios:
A student is naturally immune to a specific disease such as chicken pox or measles (has had disease or carries natural immunities).
A student is entering 6th grade prior to his 11th birthday and has a doctor’s written instructions for a temporary exemption for Tdap.
A homeless student is temporarily exempt for 30 days and you want to note this with expiration date.
Example Scenarios:
It is acceptable to mark a student compliant who had a shot 4 days prior to 4th birth date requirement.
