To edit demographic data

• Select data to be modified from boxes with white background. Boxes with a gray background cannot be changed.

• Update Effective Date when student’s Home Address is changed, so other staff know last date address was updated.

Fields, not available when adding a student, may need to be updated.

• Spoken to Student at Home

• School of Residence

• Reason for Attendance

• Reason for Attendance Date

When Home Address is updated and student has parents and siblings at district, Manage Family Addresses screen opens when record is saved.  

To update all related records with new address

• Click .

To update only some addresses 

• Uncheck family members that should not have their addresses changed.

To not update any family members

• Click .

To add student phone numbers

• Click . A new line is added.

• Click as many times as necessary to add enough lines for all phone numbers to be listed.  

To remove a number

• Check on line of phone number to delete. Phone number will be deleted when record is saved.

• Click   to save changes before switching to another tab.
