Student Add

• Enter Last Name, First Name, Grade, Gender, Race and Ethnicity, Birth Date and Home Address (mandatory fields).  

• Add dates in MM/DD/YY format or click and select date.  

The Grid Code will be automatically entered when the record is saved, if the home address matches an address range entered into Synergy SIS.  

• Indicate if the student is or is not Hispanic/Latino.

To add student phone numbers

• Click . A new line is added to the Phone Numbers grid.  

• Click as many times as necessary to add enough lines for all the phone numbers to be listed.

• To remove a number, check .
