Student Menu Options
The options available under Menu are:
Edit Student Data
Select this option to edit the top row of data in the Student screen.
Reports
The Reports menu allows the Student Profile and the Student Schedule
reports to be generated for the student currently displayed in the screen.
Report Preferences
Report Preferences menu sets the options used when printing a student
profile from the Student screen. The options in Report Preferences
hide or display various parts of the Student Profile report.
Photo Attach
Photos can be attached to the student’s record in bulk or individually. This
option is for inserting the photo individually.
Inactivate/Activate Student
Activate a student who previously withdrew from a school this school
year or inactivate a student who has attended class this school year.
No Show a Student
This option will modify the student’s enrollment.
Delete Student Enrollment
Use this option with caution. Student records should only be deleted
in rare cases. The record in the Student screen is the main record for
the student, and ties to all of the other records regarding the student
in Synergy SIS. Grades, course history records, immunization records,
etc. all link back to the Student record. Therefore, all of these records
must be deleted separately before the Student record can be deleted. Once
these records have been removed, the student record can be deleted by
clicking Delete at the top of the screen.
Workflows
Access a Workflow associated with this student, or initiate a new one.
View Audit Detail For Student
The Audit Trail History lists all of the changes made to the student’s
records, what was changed, who changed it, and the date and time the change
was made.
