Some of the fields on this tab may be edited. However, it is recommended
to follow the full procedure when performing enrollment activities
for students. This is to avoid duplicate parent records.
Parents and Guardians
To see additional detail about each parent/guardian:
Click line number of name to display.
Click .
OR
Click Parent/Guardian name to display
detailed information about this person.
Other Fields:
Enter Order to
display parent/guardian names. Once saved, grid will sort to that
order.
Check appropriate Lives
With.
Select Relation to student for each
parent/guardian.
Type
of phone and Phone number
associated with that parent/guardian are displayed.
Check or Un-check the following as appropriate
Contact Allowed
Ed. Rights
Has Custody
Mailings Allowed
Deceased is modified on
the Demographics tab of the Parent screen.
Student siblings enrolled in the district are linked to the same
parent/guardian record, and displayed at the bottom of the tab.
Siblings
Siblings enrolled in the same school display as a blue underlined
link in Student Name.
Click link to display the Student screen containing information
for the sibling
Siblings enrolled in a different school display but their information
cannot be accessed directly.
