Validation BO:
Use the Validation BO tab to add and edit validation business object information.
Tasks
Add Validation Business Object to Student Document
Use this procedure to add a validation business object to a student document in the database.
Navigate to
Document Definition>Validation BO tab.
Find the desired document.
Click
on the Business Objects Related to StudentDocument bar. A new row is added.
Click
in the Name field. The Find: BODef screen opens.
If known, enter the
Namespace
and/or
Name.
Click
. Search results display.
If the desired
Namespace
or
Name
is not shown, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click
or click on a page number to display the next page.
Double-click the row containing the desired Namespace or Name. The Find: BODef screen closes and the information displays.
Click
. The software populates the
Relation to Student Document
with a pre-determined code that is not editable.
