Overview:
Many critical documents can be can be created or re-configured by districts, using the Document Definition screen.
Tabs
Document Definition
Use the Document Definition tab to add and edit document information.
Validation BO
Use the Validation BO tab to add and edit validation business object information.
Validation Rule
Use the Validation Rule tab to add and edit validation rule information.
Text Overrides
The Text Overrides tab allows for the substitution of entire phrases of 'hard-coded' text within a document.
Prior Written Notice
This tab displays when a Prior Written Notice has been selected for editing or creation.
Eligibility Determination
This tab displays when an Eligibility document has been selected for editing or creation.
Print Only
This tab displays when a Print-Only document has been selected for editing or creation.
Basis for Committee Decision
This tab displays when a Basis for Committee Decision document has been selected for editing or creation.
