Exclude from Attendance
– Attendance will not be taken for section.
Click Exclude Grading and select appropriate
option for section.
Include in Grading
– A grading record will be created for each student in this
section
Include in Grading
– No Scan Sheet – A grading record will be created
for each student in this section. No grading scan sheet
will be created.
Exclude from Grading
– A grading record will not be created for this section.
Click Grade Range Low/High and select grade
restrictions if any. If blank, and there is a restriction
indicated in District Course, restriction will appear upon Save.
This may be override by changing restriction and save a second
time.
Click Gender Restriction and select gender
restriction if any. If blank, and there is a restriction
indicated in District Course, restriction will display upon Save.
This may be overridden by changing restriction and saving
a second time.
Enter Credit type
to be earned upon completion of this section. If left blank,
credit will pull from District Course.
Click House and select if section is part of a house.
Click Team and select if section is part of a team.
Click Term Exclusion and select if section
must be scheduled in a separate term than other sections, select
same Term Exclusion code for each section.
Check No Term Override
if a student may not select a term override for this section,
(meaning only be scheduled for a portion of section). If Term
Override is allowed do not check.
Check Exclude from Mass
Scheduling and select if section is to not be included
in mass scheduling process.
Enter Max numeric
value for number of students to be scheduled in section.
Enter Teacher Aide Totals
value for max number of teacher aide seats will be available for
section.
