Student Course History screen provides an overview of student’s academic progress, including courses taken, marks received, and their conduct in course.
Use the Course History tab to view a student’s academic progress, including courses taken, marks received, and their conduct in the course.The list of courses displayed can be filtered to show a selection of the student’s courses.
Use the Graduation Requirements tab to view the student’s completion of subject area and credit graduation requirements as well as any tests required for graduation.
Use Request Tracking tab to record each time a student’s transcript was sent upon request to a non-district school, such as a college or transfer school. Requests can be added via Add Wizard or Add. See Student Request Tracking Assignment to enter requests via Add Wizard.
Use Waivers tab to list district waivers applied to either student’s subject area, college or university graduation requirements. Each waiver reduces number of credits needed for specified subject area and applied credits earned in that area to another graduation requirement area, as specified in District Setup screen. Waivers must be setup at district level before they can be applied to individual students.
