Enter Release Date (MMDDYY) or click and select date.
Click Non-District School and select transcript recipient.
Click on Add New Non-District School bar if non-district school needed is not in list.
Enter School Name.
Click Filter Type and select where this school can be used in Synergy SIS. Select Request Tracking if school can be used when entering transcript requests, only, or choose All to use it in other views such as Career Plan.
Enter school’s Federal and State School Codes, if known.
Click School Type and select.
Enter Address and Phone information, if known.
Enter Person Released To.
Click Person Title and select. This list may be customized by district.
Click Release Purpose and select. This list may be customized by district.
Click Delivery Type and select method of delivery. This list may be customized by district.
Enter Request Date (MMDDYY) or click and select date.
Click next to Transcript Option Name to select transcript definition that was used. Find: StudentTranscriptOptions screen opens.
Enter partial or complete Transcript Option Name.
Click . Find Result displays a list of names.
Click line of desired Transcript Option Name. Line highlights.
Click again. Find: StudentTranscriptOptions screen closes and Transcript Option Name displays.
Click . Student Request Tracking Assignment screen closes. Request Tracking record displays on grid.
