Use the CSIS ID/ENRA Setup tab to identify filtering criteria and UC/CSU
Graduation Requirements for the student record extract file (ENRA or LEAL
NI) sent to CSIS.
Enter in Minimum locator
score to return, the lowest numeric value (as a percentage)
that CSIS will use as a candidate record match for each student
record submitted by the District. If the field is blank, the default
value is 90. The maximum value entered cannot exceed 90. For example,
if the value of 90 is entered, only those CSIS-provided candidate
records that have an 90 percent or greater possibility of matching
a District-provided student record would be included in the file
that CSIS returns to the District.
Enter in Maximum Candidate
Records to return per student a numeric value for the maximum
number of candidate records to show for each student record. For
example, if a value of 3 is entered then no greater than three
candidate records will be returned by CSIS for each District-provided
student record.
Enter in Maximum enrollment
history records to return per candidate a numeric value
for the maximum number of previously attended schools that would
show for any candidate record.
Click UC/CSU Graduation
Requirement and select the appropriate
Graduation Requirement.
Configure
CSIS Reporting Options
and select the appropriate
Graduation Requirement.
