California PreID Lookup Table Definition Reference

Lookup Definition requires that all state codes are setup prior to submitting Pre-ID extracts. Some lookup table definitions require additional setup to activate specific user prompts or functionality.

• Navigate to Synergy SIS >System >Setup >Lookup Table Definition screen.

• Locate the appropriate node and table entry on the Lookup Table Definition screen.

• Use the table below to find the appropriate PreID Data Field.

• Verify that the State Code in the Synergy SIS table matches the CDE table values.

• Verify that all tables setup defined in the Pre-ID data-mapping portion of this guide is in accordance with the associated state values.

Valid values are located at the specific Pre-ID vendor websites.

CAUTION:  Only change the state code column value for the corresponding state table. Do not change or remove table code values that are already in use.  Use Year Start and Year End fields to depricate codes that will no longer be used.
