CALPADS Processes
Student Information Import:
Use the Student Information Import tab to import the SINF ODS file used for reconciliation. Prior to running, Request a CALPADS SENR-F ODS file for the current year, 7/1 - to today’s date and save the file to the desktop.
Tasks
Import SINF-R ODS Files
Navigate to the Synergy SIS> CA> CALPADS> CALPADS Processes> Student Information Import tab.
Click
. Web Form screen displays.
Click
and locate the CALPADS ODS Extract file to upload.
Select the CALPADS ODS Extract file.
Click
.
After the upload completes
Click
to import the file into Synergy SIS.
The process will import and sort the file based on effective date.
