CALPADS Processes
State ID Import:
Use the State ID Import tab to import State ID Numbers. Prior to running, download the SSID result file from CALPADS and save the file to the desktop.
Tasks
Import State ID Numbers
Navigate to Synergy SIS> CA> CALPADS> CALPADS Processes> State ID Import tab.
Click
. Web Form screen displays.
Click
and locate the CALPADS SSID Extract file to upload.
Select the CALPADS SSID Extract file.
Click
.
After the upload completes
Click
to import the file into Synergy SIS.
The process will import and sort the file based on effective date.
