The Testing tab documents whether the student will participate in assessments with or without accommodations, or whether they qualify for an alternate assessment.
Tasks
Complete the Testing Tab
PRESCHOOL STUDENTS
No testing is required for Preschool students.
ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY STUDENTS
The Testing tab opens with the Test Accomm textbox grayed out.
Click the first drown-down and select if this student will participate with or without accommodations.

If
The student will participate….with the following accommodations
was selected, the textbox will now be editable.
Click
Test Accommodation
and select appropriate .
Click
Student meets eligibility on Form 1 for alternative assessments
and select
Yes
or
No.
NOTE:
The Alternate Assessment Eligibility Criteria Form is available as a print- only document in Ad Hoc Documents.
This section displays the appropriate screen based on the student’s grade level.
ELEMENTARY AND PRESCHOOL STUDENTS

If needed, check
on the line of the Test record to remove. The row is removed.
SECONDARY STUDENTS
Check the appropriate testing statement. A textbox is available for more information to be added.
