Check Show Teacher Preference to display Preferred Staff in Course Request grid on Request tab of Walk-In Schedule screen.
Check Show Alternate Course to display Alternate Course and related Course ID and Course Title in Course Request grid on Request tab of Walk-In Schedule screen.
Check Show House to display Schedule Houseon Request tab of Walk-In Schedule screen.
Check Show Team to display Schedule Team on Request tab of Walk-In Schedule screen.
Check Show Term Override to display Term Override in Course Request grid on Request tab of Walk-In Schedule screen.
Check Show Term Preference to display Preferred Term in Course Request grid on Request tab of Walk-In Schedule screen.
Select Using Wheels to use wheel definitions.
Check Show Qualified Alternate Funding
Enter date in Walk-In Cut Off to set last date that walk-in scheduling is permitted. If a section is deleted from a student’s record after cutoff date, software prompts user to enter a date in Leave Date on Class Enrollment tab of Student Classes screen.
Check Use Teacher Preferences to force software to assign a course in a student’s record based on staff name in Preferred Staff. Preferred Staff is located in Course Request grid on Request tab of Walk-In Schedule screen.
Mark CheckCorequisites to force software to check for selected co-requisites for each course on Pre/Corequisite tab of District Course screen.
Select Prerequisite Option to force software to check pre-defined prerequistes for each course on Pre/Corequisite tab of District Course screen.
Check Allow Alternate Course to force software schedule an alternate course in a student’s record if requested course is not available. Alternate course information is provided in Course Request grid on Request tab of Walk-In Schedule screen.
Check Use Room Seat Limit to force software to schedule students based on seat totals defined on Current Students tab of Section screen.
Check Term Override to force software to schedule a course in a student’s record based on value in Term Override.Term Override displays in Course Request grid of Request tab on Walk-In Schedule screen when Show Term Override is selected.
Check Term Preference to force software to schedule a course in a student’s record based on value in Preferred Term. Preferred Term displays in Course Request grid of Request tab on Walk-In Schedule screen when Show Term Preference is selected.

Select House Option to force software to schedule a student’s courses based on rules that apply to option.
Select Team Option to force software to schedule a student’s courses based on rules that apply to option.
Select Duplicate Course Request to force software to process duplicate course requests based on rules that apply to option.
Enter a value in Max time to spend per student to set maximum amount of processing time allocated for each student’s record. If time is exceeded, student’s record is skipped and appended to error log.
Select Course Request Sequence to force software to schedule a student’s courses based on rules that apply to option.
