Student Classes

• Click . Find: Section screen displays.

• Enter partial or complete data in any field on screen. An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all of characters.

• Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.

• Click on appropriate record.

• Click again. This screen will close and class will display on Current Class schedule grid.

• Click . Chooser screen opens.   

• Enter partial or complete data in any field.  An asterisk (*) wildcard can substitute for any or all characters.

• Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.

• Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight. Multiple groups may be selected by holding down CTRL key while clicking on records.

• Click .

OR

Click . This will move all records found in Find Results column to Selected Items column.

• Check on line of class to remove from Selected Items grid.

• Click to perform additional searches.  

• Click when all desired sections display in Selected Items grid. Chooser screen closes and sections display.

• Check on line of section to remove from grid.

• Check Teacher Aide to make student a teacher aide in class.

• Click Term Override and select to override term for student in this class.

• Check Qualifies for Alt Funding, if appropriate.

• Click to maximize Drop Class and Filter Options section.

• Enter Leave Date MM/DD/YY or click and select date.

• Click line number of class to drop in Current Class Schedule list. Multiple classes may be selected by holding down CTRL key.

• Click  . Class moves from Current Classes tab to Class Enrollment History tab.

• Click to maximize Drop Class and Filter Options section.

• Click Display Term and select to filter list of classes.

If a rotating schedule is used

• Click Meeting Day and select to filter.

• Click once selections are made.
