Walk In Schedule

Schedule Analysis grid displays courses scheduled. A legend displays at the bottom of grid.

• Click Term Start and Term End and select terms to change list of course requests displayed.

• Click .

• Click Term to Schedule and select from All Terms, Current Term Forward, or Current Term Only.

• Click Term Start and Term End and select terms to change list of course requests displayed.

• Click .

• Click Add By Group and select to quickly add a standard group of courses.

• Enter Drop Date and Enter Date for class changes. MM/DD/YY or click and select to set leave and enter date used for all sections in schedule.

Add Course

• Click . Chooser screen displays.  

• Enter partial or complete course information in Course or Wheel ID or Course or Wheel Title.

OR

An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all characters in fields on screen.

• Click or press ENTER. Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.

• Click anywhere on appropriate course record to highlight.

• Press CTRL down while clicking records to select multiple course records at a time.

• Click

OR

Click . This will move all course records found in Search Results grid to Selected Items grid.

Multiple searches may be made until all records have been found and added to Selected Items grid.

• Check  on line of record to remove from Selected Items grid, if needed.

• Click . This will close Chooser screen and records selected will be listed in Schedule Analysis grid.

Delete course request

• Check on line of course request to delete.

• Click .

• Continue adjusting course requests and clicking Schedule until student has a complete schedule.
