All fields are optional. Period range for each student defaults to blank which is Start and End Period within School Setup. Low/High Period range may be mass assigned to students using options within Mass Assign House and Team window.
Click Low Period and High Period and select appropriate period if different from default (Start and End Period within School Setup).
Select a house if student is to be assigned to a house for scheduling purposes, only.
Click Schedule House and select.
Select a team if student is to be assigned to a team for scheduling purposes, only.
Click Schedule Team and select.
Check Exempt House if a student is to be excused from house scheduling.
Check Exempt Team if a student is to be excused from team scheduling.
A Balance code may be defined and assigned to students to indicate that these groups of students must be balanced within sections. Balance Option of Balance Property must be selected for Balance Code to be considered during scheduling process. (Lookup Table Definition - K12.MassScheduleInfo.User Balance. This is a district-owned table.)
After course requests are rescreened and approved click Validated and select Yes. Date and time of validation display in ParentVUE Validated Date field.
