Course Request Analysis

Analysis:

Use Course Request Analysis to view overall course request totals by department and course. This is helpful to determine if any course offerings should be modified.  A school may decide to discontinue a course due to low enrollment, or to add additional teachers to accommodate an increase in requests for a particular course. Course Request Analysis displays number of requests and alternate request, by grade and gender, including the students who have requested the selected course. Students may be removed from the course request list or transferred from  one course to another course.

Click Course name (hyperlink) to view student names who have requested this course. School Course Detail screen opens. To modify a request, see School Course Detail or click in the right hand corner of School Course Detail screen.
