Grade levels 12 and 12+ are never selected during the Assign School & Grade process, since there is no school or grade to be assigned. If retained, student’s next school and grade needs to be entered manually, same as all other retained students. If graduated, student’s information will not be moved into new year and next school and grade should remain blank.
