Create Calendars

On Execute tab,

• Click .

• Click row containing Name to use for this attendance calendar. Software populates Name and Year Type. Find Result screen closes.

• Click Rollover Type and select Regular.

• Check Create Attendance Calendar.

• Click .

• Click Schools tab

• Type Start Date (MM/DD/YY) or click and select date.

• Type End Date (MM/DD/YY) or click  and select date.

• Click to add schools to be processed by this definition. Calendars for all schools in district can be created at one time.

• Enter School Name or part of School Name. Schools can be located by  Live In Synergy SIS or Zipcode, also.

• Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.

• Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.

OR

Hold down Ctrl key while clicking on each school’s name to select multiple schools at a time.

• Click .

OR

• Click . This will move all records found in Search Results column to Selected Items column.

• Click . This will close Chooser screen and school names selected will be listed in Affected Schools grid.

For that school whose calendar has a different start or end date than district calendar,

• Type Start Date (MM/DD/YY) or click and select date.

• Type End Date (MM/DD/YY) or click  and select date.

• Click .
