Use the Execute tab to initiate the tasks of processing configuration files, assigning students to next grade level and school and processing student information.
Check Use School Override instead of Grid Code if school does not use a grid code file in process of transferring students from one school to another during rollover.
When Use School Override is checked:
On Schools tab populate School Override with school to which students will be transferred. Software will transfer students to school in School Override even if current school includes next grade level.
On Configuration Files tab, deselect Process containing District.
Software updates school calendars with default Start Date and End Date when Create Attendance Calendar is checked. If school calendars already exist and user chooses to modify default dates, software does not use new dates in New Year Rollover process unless Create Attendance Calendar is checked.
Define a Rollover Name and Year Type
