Total number of students that are defined in the system as a first time first grader.

Kindergarten Students:

Total number of students that are defined in the system as Kindergarten students.

Total Students:

Total sum of New First Grade Students plus Kindergarten Students.

Assessments Completed:

Total number of Dental Health screenings that have a value in the Assessment column of health screening that are marked with an alternate code 3 value.

Financial Burden:

Total number of students that have a value in the Waiver column of the health screening that contains an alt code 3 value of 1

Lack of Access:

Total number of students that have a value in the Waiver column of the health screening that contains an alt code 3 value of 2

Parental Consent:

Total number of students that have a value in the Waiver column of the health screening that contains an alt code 3 value of 3

Untreated Decay:

Total number of students that have a value in health screening for Visible Cavity.

Form Not Returned:

Total number of students that have a value in the Waiver column of the health screening that contains an alt code 3 value of 4, plus the total number of students that do not have a Dental  assessment.

No Dental Record:

Total number of students that do not have a dental assessment.
