Filter report output for a specific student Perm ID.

Last Name:

Filter report output to include the students with the specified last name.

First Name:

Filter report output to include the students with the specified first name

Printer Offset (In Inches):

Allows the printer to be stopped after the first page and adjust the printer to align with the form right/left or down/up.

Parent/Guardian Selection Criteria:

Filter the report output by Parent/Guardian Type.
