GBK201 – Standards Based Report Card

Perm ID:

Filter report output to include just the specified student attached to the permanent id.

Last Name:

Filter report output to include just the students with the specified last name.

First Name:

Filter report output to include just the students with the specified first name.

Grade Range Start/End:

The report output may be limited to show only a certain grade range.

Teacher:

Filter report output to include the selected teacher.

Batch Process:

Check this box to print as a batch process.

Print in Home Language:

The report output will print report cards in student(s) designated home language.

Include Students Marked Not Complete:

The report output will include students not marked complete for the selected reporting period.

User Homeroom Section:

The report output will print report cards only for students in homeroom classes, using the homeroom teacher’s name on the report card output.

Reporting Period:

Filters report output to include just the specified grading period.

Schools to Print:

Filter report output to include students from selected school(s).

 

Deselect Batch Process box to see Other Options:

Archive to Student Documents:

A copy of the report output for a given student will be archived to the Student>Documents tab.

Document Category:

Document category to associate with the report card in the Student>Documents tab if Archive to Student Documents is selected.
