District Discipline Code

• Click . A new line displays at bottom of list.

• Enter a Discipline Code that is an internal district code. This does not have to be the same as state code for districts that use Discipline Incident module. In District Discipline Code screen, discipline codes are sorted by this number (or letter).

• Enter code name in Description. In data entry views such as Student Discipline, codes are sorted alphabetically by this entry.

• Click Security and select value assigned to code. Choices are Lowest, Low, Medium, High or Highest.  

• Check Mandatory if code must be used at all schools in district.

If district is converting from a SASI III system

• Enter SASI III Code.

• Click .

• Check on line of code to delete.

• Click .
