Use District Calendar screen to define the district calendar. This process follows bell schedule definition and begins with creating the extension for the year in District Setup screen.
Use District Calendar tab to define year calendar. Dates defined at district set boundaries for school calendars. Earliest start date from any school defines initial date of district calendar, and latest end date from any school sets last date of district calendar.
Use Report Periods tab to define periods for attendance reports. These periods are only used for reports, so they may match grading periods, terms, or whatever other intervals are helpful such as 40th and 100th day.
District Calendar
