Go to Synergy SIS>>System>>Setup>>Lookup Table Definition.
Click next to K12.AttendanceInfo to expand list of tables.
Select Week Type table.
Click .
Enter ListOrder for weeks to display. If numbers are same or are all blank, Code is used to sort list and then Description.
Enter Code. This value must be unique, but it is only used internally to link tables in database and is not displayed.
Enter Description.
Enter Other SIS. This is code from old system used to import data during conversion process from another student records system.
If appropriate, under Status
Enter Start Date (MM/DD/YY) or click and select date.
Enter End Date (MM/DD/YY) or click and select date.
This is to activate or deactivate code for a particular year. Inactive code displays in data already entered but is not available for selection for new transactions in screen.
State Code is not needed since these codes are not reported to state.
Use Code as State Code is not used as well.
Alt Code 3 and Alt Code SIF provide spaces for other reporting codes or system interoperability purposes.
