Select number of weeks to display.

Teacher:

Filter report output to include just the selected teacher.

Period Begin/End:

Filter report outputs by selecting period begin/end to print.

Section ID:

Filter report output to include just the selected section id.

Blank Lines:

Enter a value for number of blank lines to print on the report.

Include the following fields- Signature Line:

Select to include a signature line on the report.

Perm ID:

Select to include perm id.

Phone number:

Select to include phone number.

Absence Definition:

Select reason codes to filter data included in the report. Selecting a type will include all reasons that match the selected type.
