For each student needing an ALC assignment

• Enter number of units under appropriate date.

• Use or to view additional dates.

• Click .

• Click .

• Select ALC.

To view a student's ALC record

• Click on student name (blue underlined link.) Student ALC view opens.

• Click on any underlined link to expand details of that record.

• Click

• Click .

To create a new ALC assignment

• Click on right side of screen.

• Type Date MM/DD/YY or click and select date.

• Enter number of Units student is to serve on that date.

• Type optional Comment.

• Click at top of view to assign.

OR

Click to cancel.

• Click .

To edit an ALC assignment

• Click on line of assignment to edit.

• Make changes in appropriate white field.

• Click to clear any edits just made, if necessary.

• Click .

OR

• Click to cancel.

• Click .

To remove entire record

• Click line of appropriate record to highlight.

• Click .
