Use the Communication screen to send email or post a communication from the teacher to the student, or custodial parent, or both.
Tasks
Student Communication
Click on student photo..
Select
Communication.
Select
Email - Send Email Students and Parents.
This option sends an email to parent and/or student selected.
OR
Select
PVUE Message - Posted on the parent/student portal.
This option posts message notice on home page of ParentVUE and/or StudentVUE portal.
M
essage is configured to be sent to both student and parent, automatically.
Uncheck appropriate box in
To
section to send message to only student or only parent.
Choose one or more recipients under
To.
Fill in title of email under
Subject.
Compose content under
Message.
Various formatting tools are available.
