Use Emergency tab to record the people to contact if an emergency occurs involving staff member.
Tasks
Add Emergency Contact
Click
on Emergency Contacts bar. A new line is added to grid.
Enter type of
Relationship
to staff member.
Enter
Name
of contact.
Enter
Home, Work
and
Other
Phone
numbers available in appropriate sections.
Click
Type
to indicate type for
Other
.
Click
.
Click
again and repeat process to add another emergency contact.
Check
on line of contact to delete, if desired.
