Assign Staff to School

As part of new year rollover process, staff can be assigned to the same school for the new year. Occasionally, there are reasons to assign staff manually to a school.

Change focus to either school to be assigned or to district level.  At district level, any school can be assigned.  When focused at a school, staff can only be added to that school.  Year to be added must also be selected focus.
