• Enter number of Dashboard Controls Per Row.

NOTE: Regardless of number of Dashboard Controls per Row setting, a RSS Feed widget always takes entire row.

Dashboard widgets can be added one at a time using   , or multiple widgets can be added using .

To add a single widget (control)

• Click . Find: DashboardWidget screen opens.

• Enter all or part of Name.

• Select Graph Type (optional).

• Click . List of widgets matching criteria entered is displayed.

• Filter widgets by Name or Graph Type,if desired.

• Click on desired widget. Line highlights.

• Click .

To add multiple widgets (controls)

• Click . Chooser screen opens.

• Enter all or part of Name

• Select Graph Type (optional).

• Click . List of widgets matching criteria entered is displayed.

• Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.

• Hold shift key down and continue to click on any additional widgets

• Click  to add highlighted rows.

OR

• Click to add all.

• Check to remove a widget from list of Selected Items.

Once all of widgets needed have been selected from current Find Result, another Find can be conducted. Enter different criteria, click and repeat above procedure.

Once all widgets are listed

• Click . Chooser screen closes.

• Enter Orderby for each widget to configure display order.

• Check to remove a widget from Dashboard Controls.

• Click .

• Check Show Task List to view task list on home page.

• Check Selected Task Groups to Show in Task List desired.

• Click .
