Student Groups
Student Groups:
Student Groups tab lists all groups in which a student is currently active. Click Show Detail to view additional detail about each group.
Tasks
Add an Activity/Group
Click

Enter student
Last Name
and
First Name
or
Perm ID
.
Click
. Student's name will display on screen.
Click
on Currently Assigned Groups grid. Find: School Student Group screen displays.
Click
. A list of Activities/Groups displays.
Select line number of Activity/Group to add.
Click

Type
Enter Date
(MM/DD/YY) or click
and select date. (This will auto-fill with current date if left blank.)
Click

Inactivate an Activity
Enter
Leave Date
if student has completed or withdrawn from activity.
Click
. Activity moves to History tab.
Delete an Activity
Check
next to activity to be deleted.
Click
. Activity is deleted permanently.
Edit/View Detail of an Activity/Group
Select line number of activity/group.
Click
on Currently Assigned Groups grid. Detail screen displays additional tabs.
Select tab to edit/view.
Enter information in any editable (non-gray) field.
Click

Edit General Information tab
Click line number of activity/group to edit.
Click

Check
Student Contract,
if appropriate.
Check
Parent Consent Received
, if appropriate.
Click
to update list of fees. If there are fees for this activity a line displays on Activity Fees grid. Fees are displayed in Student Fees screen, also.

Edit Eligibility tab
A group may have eligibility requirements such as GPA, attendance, or discipline standards that must be met for student to participate.
Select
Teacher Mandate.
Type
Teacher Mandate Date
(MM/DD/YY) or click
and select date.
Type
Teacher Mandate Comments.

for additional space.
Click
to spell check.

Add/Edit Awards tab
Check
Lettered
if student has lettered in this group.
Type
Letter Purchase Date
(MM/DD/YY) or click
and select date.

to add an award student has earned for this activity.

Award Code

and select date.

Comments.
