Tasks
Complete the Agreements Tab
If you haven't done so already,
Enter the
Document Date
(MMDDYY) or click
and select date. This should reflect the date the document was created.
Enter two district contact phone number choices, that the parent should call should their child not need transportation due to absence.
Enter the district contact phone number that the parent should call to notify transportation of a change of address.
(Transportation Department enters Route Numbers, Starting Dates and Pickup Times in the textboxes provided.)
Click
The document can be
printed
,
validated
and
finalized.
