Transportation Request
Overview:
The Transportation Request contains four tabs:
Tabs
Transportation Info
Use the Transportation Info tab to list the pick-up, drop-off, start and end time details.
Special Conditions
Use the Special Conditions tab to list any special handling, behavior concerns, medical and other accommodations or needs.
Agreements
The Agreements tab displays the Parent Agreement section with the agreement that the parent will sign.
Bus Plans
The Bus Plans tab displays information that might be needed in an emergency.
Tasks
Create a Transportation Request Document
Enter the
Document Date
(MMDDYY) or click
and select date. This should reflect the date the document was created.
Proceed through each tab and complete the information.
Click
before continuing to the next tab.
The document can be
printed
,
validated
and
finalized.
