Document Date (MMDDYY)
or click and select date. This should
reflect the date the document was created.
The Educational Information tab contains four questions that are
to be answered by the parent during the parent interview.
Data that exists in “What is your understanding as to why your
child is being referred…?” will import to GENAZ 06 – MET Report/Existing
Data Tab. Data that exists in “What concerns do you have about your
child’s education?” will import to GENAZ 06 – MET Report/ Existing
Data Tab and GENAZ 12 – IEP/PLAAFP Tab.
