The Parent Input is located in the Initial, Reevaluation and Preschool
Process.
There are two versions of the Parent Input: K-12 and Preschool. If
a student is in grade K-12, they will have the K-12 version of the Parent
Input document. If a student is in grade Preschool, the additional preschool
options will be available in their Parent Input document.
The K-12 version of Parent Input contains four tabs.
