If the MET concludes that there is a need for additional data, this
is documented on the Existing Data tab. If such is the case, the Additional
Data tab displays. The Additional Data tab records additional evaluation
procedures, classroom observations, test behavior, assessment results
and other tests and findings.
Check Draft
to display the word "Draft" on all pages of the document
in the Print Preview option. Make sure to uncheck prior to finalizing
the MET Report.
In Evaluation
Procedures, select from the list in the drop-down, those
evaluation procedures that were needed. The full name of the test
or assessment will populate the box below. Information can be
added directly in the box, as well.
In Evaluation
Procedure Summary, select from the library keyword stems.
The full statement will appear in the textbox
or text can be added directly without using the drop-down list.
Repeat the directions for entering information
in Classroom Observations
and Test Behavior.
Tests are organized by Categories. Choose
the assessment from Category.
Select the Test.
NOTE: Districts have
the ability to add and remove Categories and Tests based on individual
needs and preferences.
Click . The test selected
above is displayed in the grid. Multiple tests may selected by
repeating the steps above.
Click the line number of the test. The line
highlights.
Click again or click .
The Test Detail opens on the right side of the screen.
A template of the test displays for input
of test scores and/or a narrative of the results.
If needed, check on
the line of the test to remove.
Click .
The row is removed.
Other Findings
and Summary of Additional Data
are optional textboxes to allow for inclusion of information other
than results of standardized testing.
