Conference Summary
Recommendations:
Use the Recommendations tab to add a recommendation based on the outcome of this conference and to schedule a follow-up conference schedule.
Tasks
Complete the Recommendations Tab
If you haven't done so already,
Enter the
Document Date
(MMDDYY) or click
and select date. This should reflect the date the document was created.
To add a recommendation:
Click
under the Recommendations Made section. A new row displays.
Enter the
Serial Number
for the recommendation.
Describe recommendation in the textbox provided.
Click
to spell check.
Click
for additional space.
To add a follow-up conference schedule:
Enter
Follow-Up Conference Date
(MMDDYY) or click
and select date.
Enter
Follow-Up Conference Time
(HHMM - 0800 for 8:00 AM, 0120 for 1:20 PM, etc.).
Enter
Follow-Up Conference Location
.
Click
.
The document can be
printed
,
validated
and
finalized.
