Behavior Intervention Plan
Overview:
The Behavior Intervention Plan works in conjunction with the Functional Behavior Assessment – GENAZ 34. Target Behavior as listed in the FBA is imported into the Behavior Intervention Plan
The Behavior Intervention Plan contains two tabs:
Tabs
Team Members
Use the Team Members tab to identify all participants in the plan.
Method
Use the Method tab to identify the Behavior Intervention Plan strategies and participants responsible for implementing them.
Tasks
Create a Behavior Intervention Plan Document
Enter the
Document Date
(MMDDYY) or click
and select date. This should reflect the date the document was created.
Proceed through each tab and complete the information.
Click
before continuing to the next tab.
The document can be
printed
,
validated
and
finalized.
