• Click to create a new ParentVUE account Activation Key, even if one already exists. New key number displays in Activation Key along with Key Valid Until date and time.

• Click . Job Status window displays until ParentVUE Activation Key letter to parent is complete.

• Check appropriate Notify Options.

• Click Send Messages Every and select, if desired.

If checked Only send messages when grades are below:

• enter grade %..

• Check ParentVUE Account Disabled, if appropriate.

• Date Activation Key Used, User ID, and Email 1  are auto-completed upon parent’s first use of ParentVUE.

• Enter additional email addresses, if desired.

• Click  next to any email address to open mail account and contact parent.

• Parent Access History is a log that lists Access Date, Access Ip and Login Status results.
