Enter number in Superceding Dosage that overrides minimum age requirement, when it can be met by taking a different number of dosages.
Example: If a student was younger than 4 years when they received their last polio vaccination, they can still meet the requirement if they have 4 doses instead of 3.
Enter Max Age of vaccination dosage, if appropriate.
Click Interval and select.
NOTE: Max Age does not work unless a minimum age is entered.
The Dosages grid outlines a recommended immunization schedule based on a student’s birth date. Grace Period is the permissible time, after scheduled dosage, when vaccine can still be administered. Student is compliant if dosages do not match this schedule as long as other requirements are met.
