Use the Options tab for inserting default values and deleting immunization definition, for the focus year.

Initial Insertion of Default Values
Click
to insert default data if this is very first time Immunizations Definition is being setup in Synergy SIS (for any year).
New Year Rollover Preparation
Click
only if New Year Rollover cannot create records in New Year. Before clicking this button, be sure to be focused to New Year first.
