opens a new window.
Green fields are mandatory.
Enter a Title for
definition.
Enter a Report Card Msg
to display if student meets criteria outlined by definition.
Click Primary GPA and select GPA definition
from list.
Enter Minimum required
for Primary GPA in decimal format.
Enter Maximum required
for Primary GPA in decimal format.
Click Secondary GPA and select GPA definition
from list.
Enter Minimum required
for Secondary GPA in decimal format.
Enter Maximum required
for Secondary GPA in decimal format.
Example: Primary GPA measures GPA for current marking period, Secondary
GPA measures overall cumulative GPA. Both criteria would need
to be met to be eligible.
Enter Minimum Credits
Completed to be eligible.
Enter Minimum Credits
Attempted to be eligible.
Enter Minimum Courses
to be eligible.
Enter Minimum Subject
Areas to be eligible.
Example: A student needs to have completed four courses in at least
two subject areas.
