District GPA Types

• Click . A new line is added to grid.

• Click GPA Definition and select.

• Click GPA Grade Type and select one below.

• • Course History Only includes only course marks in course history and does not include any work in progress.

  • Current Report Period does not include marks in course history and only calculates GPA based on marks assigned for current reporting period as set in Grading Setup screen.

  • Current Report Period Plus Course History includes both sets of marks.

  • Year to Date Report Periods include all grading periods for current school year

  • Year to Date Report Periods Plus Course History includes both sets of marks.

• Enter a Name. Name should indicate both grade and GPA type.  Example: YTD GPA for a GPA using Year to Date Report Periods as Grade Type

• Click .

• Click .

• Click line of GPA Types Definition to edit. Line highlights.

• Check Mandatory Opt In School Types to apply this definition.
