Period and select
grade period to edit.
For each period, enter percentage of grade that should be included
in GPA calculation. Example: If First Quarter mark for S1 (Semester
1) is set to 50%, that grade counts for 50% of entire grade for semester
1, only. Percentages for each term code line should add up to 100%.

Only grading periods can be used for course history. Progress
period credits are not transferred to course history. Amount of credit
transferred for each grading period is specified in Course History
Transfer Pct..
Enter percentage of credit to transfer to course history.
This is a percentage of credit assigned to course in District
Course screen. Example: If a Semester 1 (S1) course
is worth 0.5 credits, and Second Quarter mark assigns 100% of
credit to course, then student receives 0.5 credits for course
if Second Quarter mark is passing mark. If percentage were only
50%, they would only receive 0.25 credits for passing mark.
Percentages for each term code line should add up to 100%. White
fields can be left empty if mark for that period does not indicate
that credit should be awarded in course history.
